In this course, we will focus on the strategic thinking and leadership behaviours that a high-performance organization needs for a successful long-term future. As well as will usher delegates in more strategic visionary leadership that focuses to deliver real value to their constituents and customers. This will enable organizations to strive to improve every aspect of the business, as delegates will understand the process of creating value and the execution to bring that value into reality. Participants will discover how to move from transactional management to transformational leadership, understand the global context in relation to their business, as well as develop skills and confidence to boost performance and enable them to develop and sustain their organization's performance for the future.
Our Training programs are implemented by combining the participants' academic knowledge and practical practice (30% theoretical / 70% practical activities).
At The end of the training program, Participants are involved in practical workshop to show their skills in applying what they were trained for. A detailed report is submitted to each participant and the training department in the organization on the results of the participant's performance and the return on training. Our programs focus on exercises, case studies, and individual and group presentations.
