Employee engagement has emerged as a critical driver of business success in today's competitive marketplace. High levels of engagement promote the retention of talent, foster customer loyalty, and improve organizational performance and stakeholder value. This training course is designed to provide participants with the essential concepts related to the importance of employee engagement in the organization, including the current strategies and practices that they can apply. 

Training Course Methodology:
The training course is designed to be interactive and participatory, and includes various learning tools to enable the participants to operate effectively and efficiently in a multifunctional environment. The course will use lectures and presentations, exercises, experiential and exposure to real world problems and policy choices confronting delegates.
