Introduction

FIDIC conditions of contracts are used in the construction industry
internationally, it is the de-facto standard followed by the middle east
and the UAE. Whether you are consulting engineer, contractor, or
employer, gaining knowledge in the FIDIC Red and Yellow book plays a
vital role with the management and administration of works contracts.
(The “Construction Contract”)
This training course is designed to provide participants with the
practical application of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for
Construction (the “Construction Contract”) and the FIDIC Conditions of
Contract for Plant and Design-Build (the “Design-Build Contract”). This
course will have extensive checking measures and work exercises to give
all delegates a comprehensive understanding of the proper management of
these contracts.
