
This comprehensive training course consists of two modules:
Module 1 - Project Scheduling & Cost Planning Skills Project scheduling is a mechanism to communicate what tasks need to get done and which organizational resources will be allocated to complete those tasks in what time frame. A project schedule is a document collecting all the work needed to deliver the project on time.
Module2 - Value Engineering Skills: Improving Performance & Profitability This course focuses on how to deliver reliable estimates that can result in significant savings later in the project life. To develop reliable cost and schedule estimates is one of the critical management skills and is addressed in this course.
Our Training programs are implemented by combining the participants' academic knowledge and practical practice (30% theoretical / 70% practical activities).
At The end of the training program, Participants are involved in practical workshop to show their skills in applying what they were trained for. A detailed report is submitted to each participant and the training department in the organization on the results of the participant's performance and the return on training. Our programs focus on exercises, case studies, and individual and group presentations.
