Warehouses are designed to store finished goods that moved in and out on pallets. But currently, warehouse industry is evolving itself as corporate considered them unnecessary and a cost-center. Today, warehouses are promise keepers: Their job is to enable a company’s go-to-market strategy and make good on the promises made by the marketing and sales departments. Order turnaround — the time it takes to pick and pack an order so it is ready for pickup by a delivery company before the cut-off time — is measured in hours rather than days. While fully-automated warehouses remain a pipe dream for many e-tailers, many are now using software, automation and sensors to get closer to their customers.
This training course is designed to provide participants with an in-depth introduction to materials handling and new insights on the new software, equipment and processes being used in the modern warehouses.
Our Training programs are implemented by combining the participants' academic knowledge and practical practice (30% theoretical / 70% practical activities).
At The end of the training program, Participants are involved in practical workshop to show their skills in applying what they were trained for. A detailed report is submitted to each participant and the training department in the organization on the results of the participant's performance and the return on training. Our programs focus on exercises, case studies, and individual and group presentations.
