This training course is designed to provide participants with the essential concepts of Disciplined Agile Value Stream including practices from Flow, Lean, the Theory of Constraints, and Organizational Development into Disciplined Agile. The course will also discuss the tools to optimize enterprise-wide value streams, how to use value stream management to create a tailored approach for any organization to accelerate delivery of value to their customers.
