
One of L&D’s primary responsibilities is to manage the development of people—and to do so in a way that supports other key business priorities. It is essential to develop and shape a a strategic training and development plan based on the company’s business and talent strategies. The plan should support professional development and build capabilities across the company, on time, and in a cost-effective manner. Thus, enhancing the company culture and encourage employees to achieve the company targets and objectives.
This training course will allow participants to walk through the key concept areas of L&D development such as Capacity Development, Competency – its frameworks or models, and Training and Development Frameworks.
This course will introduce the main concepts of the training and development framework, the key areas to consider in developing it, the approaches and tools related to capacity development or capacity building in order to enable them to identify interventions that can strengthen development stakeholders’ capacities in a variety of contexts. Participants will also learn about competencies, and how to implement this concept in the HR department and in all HR practices.
Our Training programs are implemented by combining the participants' academic knowledge and practical practice (30% theoretical / 70% practical activities).
At The end of the training program, Participants are involved in practical workshop to show their skills in applying what they were trained for. A detailed report is submitted to each participant and the training department in the organization on the results of the participant's performance and the return on training. Our programs focus on exercises, case studies, and individual and group presentations.
