This training course is designed to provide participants with the cutting-edge tools for powering up women's leadership skills in the field and learn how to deal with those challenges and perform at their peak by introducing techniques to lead, motivate, inspire and empower their teams. This course will also cover mastering tools for Communication and inspiring peak performance, hands‐on experience using relationship management and Emotional Excellence tools while infusing them with confidence and motivation.

Our Training programs are implemented by combining the participants' academic knowledge and practical practice (30% theoretical / 70% practical activities).
At The end of the training program, Participants are involved in practical workshop to show their skills in applying what they were trained for.
