This training program is designed to lead participants to gain the required knowledge of how to operate and maintain wastewater treatment plants and associated instruments, by helping them understand and apply Wastewater Primary and Secondary Treatment techniques, Identify Types of Models Used in the Treatment, Master using Operate wastewater treatment plants techniques, Understand and apply safety regulations and measurements, Identify water Quality control techniques.
The training program is implemented by combining academic knowledge and practical practice (20% theoretical / 80% practical activities).
This training program focuses on a variety of exercises, case studies, and individual and group presentations, along with a set of integrated training tools, such as Videos, case studies, Gamification, role-playing, simulation, and On-Job-Training.
In addition, and following the agreement with the Training and Development Department in Dubai Municipality, we ensure to select a third party as a "supporter" for the program and coordinate with it in an integrated manner to involve it, to enable the participants to Possess an integrated practical experience, which lead them to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained efficiently in the work environment.
