Introduction

An intensive and immersive five-day program designed to equip participants with expert skills in planning, implementing, managing, and improving a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301 standards. This course includes interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, and exam preparation, culminating in the official PECB certification exam on Day 5. Participants will leave prepared to implement effective resilience frameworks within their organizations.
