Introduction

Innovation management allows a systematized process of capturing, refining, and implementing groundbreaking ideas. To drive innovation, there is a need to have a process in place to solicit ideas from target audiences (employees, customers, partners, etc.) and then sort the ‘gold’ from the ‘gravel’. Product innovation management involves developing these processes in a repeatable, scalable way.

This training course is designed to provide participants with an innovative mindset and expertise in how organizations successfully create and manage new ideas for marketing new products. This course will cover topics about innovation strategy, idea management and social networks.
